What is ONUS.Delivery?
ONUS.Delivery is on-demand delivery! We connect you with one of our professional couriers to pick up, deliver, and drop off the items you have purchased. ONUS.Delivery is a threshold delivery company so we will bring the item in the front door and place it safely in the entry room. We won't try to hide your 86" TV behind a shrub ;)
Why use ONUS.Delivery?
The ONUS is on us to deliver your item, on time, in the conditions we received it in, at the price we quoted, with a friendly and professional attitude. ONUS.Delivery is more cost effective, quicker, our couriers are qualified, vetted, and professional.
Who are the couriers?
Our couriers are fully vetted and selected to make ensure you are getting exceptional service. Couriers must submit recent criminal record checks, insurance, registration, as well as drivers abstracts to make sure you are getting the most professional and safest service possible.
What is the cost of an ONUS.Delivery Delivery?
We are less than half the cost of traditional store delivery. Pricing starts at $50 plus applicable taxes. Our apps offer free quotes on delivery cost.
What are ONUS.Delivery’s hours of operation?
Drivers are available every day from 8:00am to 6:00pm. ONUS.Delivery’s customer service line can be reached at 1-236-471-ONUS (6687). Our customer service reps are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time daily.
What is the service area for ONUS.Delivery?
We are currently available in the Edmonton, Greater Vancouver area, Grande Prairie, Calgary, Kelowna, Penticton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal as well as Polokwane, Johannesburg, and Pretoria South Africa but will be coming to a major city near you soon! How do I pay?
Payments are executed safely and securely through Stripe.
Can I get Helpers?
Absolutely! You can contact customer service and arrange for a helper at a small additional fee.
What will ONUS.Delivery deliver?
ONUS.Delivery will deliver almost anything that fits into a car or box of a pickup truck, as long as it's legal to haul in your area (please call customer support if you're not sure). If your item is heavier than 50 lbs, please contact customer support to make sure we deliver your item safely.
Is my delivery insured?
ONUS.Delivery insures items up to $200, for insurance over and above you will pay $3 for every $100 you would like to insure. We do require you to upload a receipt of your purchase for insurance.
What happens if my items are damaged?
ONUS.Delivery offers Damage Protection to protect your stuff in the unlikely event something is damaged during your delivery. All deliveries automatically come with $200 worth of damage protection, please see below for exceptions. If you'd like to add additional insurance, you can easily add this during the booking process on the ONUS.Delivery app.
You can increase the amount of protection in $100 increments up to $3,000 per delivery. Each $100 increment of additional protection costs $3.
In the event that damage occurs to your item(s), please contact us to start a claim.
Please Note: Damage Protection cannot be applied to the following: (1) Donation/Dumped Item deliveries or deliveries of used items. (2) Damage protection only applies to items being transported and cannot be modified once your delivery has been initiated or started. Extra insurance can only be added to new items on their initial purchase and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt dated the same day of pickup or the delivery is the first time the product has been removed from the store.
You must report any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. During the damage claim process you must respond to action items within 28 days, failure to do so will result in nullification of the claim.
