Job Opportunity: Full-time Sales Executive (Work-from-Home)

ONUS.Delivery, a rapidly expanding company, is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team. This position offers a work-from-home opportunity and is open to qualified sales professionals residing in Canada or South Africa. Responsibilities:

• Respond to quote requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Utilize company order processing and CRM systems in line with established procedures.
• Develop new business opportunities, whether from ONUS clients in Canada or South Africa, generated leads, referrals, or your own knowledge base.
• Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and support.
• Work towards monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Ensure accurate and relevant information is communicated to the Delivery Team, adhering to set standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Promote ONUS.Delivery as a global and local delivery solution.

Accountabilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales budget by targeting clients within your region.
• Maximize opportunities presented by ONUS.Delivery's existing Canadian and South African clients.
• Develop new business and increase spending from both new and existing clients, in line with targets.
• Embody ONUS.Delivery values in all interactions and transactions.
• Maintain excellent communication and relationships with colleagues globally, enabling the delivery of world-class service.
• Demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Friendly, Professional, and Reliable.

Salary & Benefits:

• This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
• There is no limit to the commission potential for this position.
• Your earnings are directly correlated to your dedication and efforts.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' proven track record of sales success.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, via telephone and email.
• Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings, whether in-person or via video conference calls.
• Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone or in-person.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
